When You Need a Wall Saw
A track-mounted diamond saw is the right method when you need a clean, square opening through concrete that is too thick or too heavily reinforced for a handheld cutter, and when breaking is not an option because of noise, dust or structural risk.
Contractors and facility teams call us for:
Door and Window Openings
Cut into existing RCC and block walls during villa, office and retail refurbishments.
AC Duct & Ventilation Openings
Sized to the drawing so the unit seats flush with no unnecessary patching.
Plumbing & Electrical Penetrations
Grouped MEP openings coordinated to a single service run where required.
Lift Shafts & Stair Openings
Cutting through structural slabs and shear walls for new access and building works.
Controlled Demolition
Remove a defined wall section without disturbing the surrounding structure.
Structural Wall Cutting
Cutting on load-bearing elements to an engineer’s approved drawing.
Because the blade cuts rather than impacts, wall sawing is close to vibration-free. That is why it is specified in hospitals, hotels, data rooms and older buildings where breaking would risk cracking finishes or disturbing adjacent structure.
We Scan Before We Cut
The most expensive mistake on a concrete opening is hitting something inside the wall. A severed conduit or a cut water line turns a half-day job into a week of remedial work and a claim.
Every opening is scanned before the blade goes in. We locate rebar, post-tension cables, conduits and embedded services, then mark the cut line around them or bring the position back to your consultant if the opening needs to move.
Cutting Capability
Most enquiries come down to two questions: can you get through the depth, and can you handle the rebar.
| Specification | Capability |
|---|---|
| Wall types | Reinforced concrete, RCC, block and precast |
| Reinforcement | Heavy rebar cut clean, with no spalling or tearing |
| Post-tensioned elements | Assessed case by case with your structural engineer |
| Cutting depth | Confirmed against your wall thickness at survey. Deeper walls are cut from both faces where access allows |
| Machine type | Track-mounted diamond wall saw |
| Cut orientation | Vertical, horizontal and inclined |
| Flush cutting | Against adjacent walls and floors |
| Opening shape | Rectangular openings cut square to drawing dimensions |
| Site power | Site supply where available, or our own power on site |
| Dust and slurry | Wet cutting with closed vacuum slurry recovery |
| Edge finish | Square and chamfer-free, ready for framing |
Getting the Concrete Out
Cutting the opening is half the job. A 400 mm reinforced section a metre square weighs close to a tonne, and how it leaves the building is what decides your programme.
We size every cut to what can be safely handled on your site. Where sections can be manoeuvred by hand, we cut them into manageable panels. Where they cannot, we bring lifting equipment and rig the section out under a controlled lift.
Removal of cut sections from the work area is included as standard. Disposal off site can be added to the scope on request.
Openings at Height
Not every opening is at ground level. Facade penetrations, upper-floor AC openings and warehouse wall cuts all need a stable working platform, and hired-in access is usually where the programme slips.
We supply our own access equipment alongside the cutting crew, so the platform arrives with the saw on the same mobilisation. One supplier, one schedule, no waiting on a third party to deliver a lift before your job can start.
Where We Work in Abu Dhabi

Industrial sites come with their own hurdles. Gate passes, site inductions and HSE documentation all have to be in order before a crew gets past security, and a team that turns up without them costs you half a day. We know what each site expects and we arrive with the paperwork sorted, so the job starts when it is scheduled to start.
Site surveys are carried out across Abu Dhabi, usually within a day of your enquiry.
How the Job Runs
Site survey
We measure the opening, check wall thickness and reinforcement, and confirm access, power and water. No charge inside Abu Dhabi city.
Method statement and approvals
You receive a written method statement, risk assessment and insurance documentation for your main contractor or building management. We advise on structural engineer sign-off where a load-bearing element is involved.
Scanning and isolation
Services are located, live systems isolated, the area sheeted and slurry containment set up.
Cutting
The saw is track-mounted and the cut made in controlled passes, dust-suppressed throughout.
Removal and handover
Sections are lifted out, the area is cleaned down, and the opening is handed over ready for the next trade.
Safety, Permits and Structural Clearance
Written Safety Documentation
Every job runs under a written method statement with a task-specific risk assessment. Our operators are trained and certified, and we carry public liability cover with documentation issued before mobilisation.
Structural Clearance
Where the wall is load-bearing or forms part of a shear element, we will not cut until an approved structural drawing or engineer’s confirmation is in place. We can work alongside your consultant to sequence propping and temporary support.
Occupied Building Protection
For occupied buildings, we run wet cutting with vacuum slurry recovery and schedule night or weekend shifts to keep disruption off your operating hours.

What Our Clients Say About Us
Our reputation is built on quality work and customer satisfaction. See what homeowners, contractors, and businesses say about our core cutting, concrete cutting, and demolition services across Dubai.
What It Costs
Wall sawing is quoted on linear metres cut, adjusted for depth and reinforcement. A 200 mm block wall and a 400 mm reinforced shear wall are very different jobs at the same length.
What Your Quotation Includes
Your quotation accounts for cut length and wall depth, reinforcement density, access and working height, water and power availability on site, shift timing, and whether disposal is included.
Clear, Site-Specific Quotations
Quotations are issued within 24 hours of the site visit, with a minimum call-out charge on smaller jobs.

Why Contractors Use Us
We own the machines.
No waiting on a third-party supplier, no markup layered onto your rate.
